Juice Bar Staff

We are looking for one full time staff to be the face of En Juicebar & Café, starting as soon as possible.

 

You are outgoing, efficient, responsible, independent and enjoy giving customers the best experience. You love interacting with customers and delivering accurate and fast orders. You will be mostly working with 2 other staff so you must be a team player. Can-do and always striving for the best are qualities that we desire. We look for someone that can think on their feet, able to work under pressure. Fluent in Swedish and high level English as well as cafe/bar experience is a must.

 

A big plus

-  If you have Barista experience

-  Interest in juices and healthy food

 

Key responsibilities include:

– Preparing fresh juices, coffee and acai bowls to order, which also involves timely preparation and managing your orders efficiently

–  Maintaining high quality in food and presentation

–  Delivering exact recipe to minimize wastage

–  Delivering excellent customer service

–  Perform tasks with good time management skills

–  Keep the kiosk and outdoor seating area clean at all times

–  Maintaining grocery checklists, opening and closing routines

Kitchen Line Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and reliable full-time kitchen line chef, starting in end of August/September 2020.

 

The ideal candidate must have professional experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen being a line-cook with knowledge in healthy food (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, healthy).You care about food quality and pay attention to modern café food trend and aesthetics. You are hard working, efficient and always strives for the best. You are also outgoing and are happy to give the customer the best experience. The role is 80% food preparation in kitchen and 20% customer service. You will be serving at the fresh food counter interacting with customer during lunch.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing large quantities of fresh salad boxes, brunch & wraps in time

• Producing products fast and precisely in the morning and during the day

• Serving in our salad bars directly to customers with high quality of customer service

• Maintaining the highest quality in taste and aesthetics of food

• Maintaining health and hygiene standards at all times in the kitchen and salad bar

• Supporting the team by getting involved in customer service

• Ordering grocery

• Involving in our creative process of developing and improving dishes

 

You must be/have:

• Responsible, independent and able to work under stress

• Excellent command in English is mandatory, basic Swedish desirable

• Positive and can-do attitude, always striving for the best

• Smart, able to think on your feet

• Excellent time-management skills

• Relevant work experience and relevant professional education/training

• Team player

We are an independent cafe in Hammarby Sjöstad, opened since Spring 2018, serving fresh and healthy juices, acai bowls, brunch and lunch. Our atmosphere is unpretentious and fun. Our goal is to give our customers the best food, service and vibe we can. We have an expanding customer base as well as growing catering business.
